We are getting closer to the big day - less than two weeks now.  Entries stand at just under 220.  Still room to sign up, but you will need to hurry.

You can still train hard for a little over a week; you should probably take it easy by Thursday the 20th to let your body recover.  I would recommend getting a long ride in this weekend.  If you live in or near Topeka, the Capitol Classic is this Sunday, May 17.  You can go to www.kvbc.org for more information and to get a registration form, or just show up the day of the ride.  Ride options include up to 100 miles.
